Maori reflection

When I first set foot in room 16 and 17 I knew we were going to do something difficult. And I was right. Mrs Bentall and Mrs Pageot were teaching us about Maori. We were learning about a powhiri.

Well, obviously, when I first came to He Tangata I was prestructural. I had NO IDEA what we were doing. Later on in the beginning of term 2 I because Unistructural. I knew that a Powhiri was a ritual. Now I am Multistructural. I know that a powhiri is a ritual and that you sing songs. Welcoming songs, goodbye songs. And it is a welcoming ritual for other Maori tribes.

I kinda like doing this, but I would rather be playing Wolf Pack or relaxing.

My future goal is to try and enjoy and understand Maori Rituals more.
